Mary, Tend Wellbeing - Mary is a yoga teacher and personal trainer, and the founder of Tend Wellbeing. Her work focuses on helping people enjoy movement as an act of self-care rather than pressure, punishment or perfectionism. She brings a compassionate, down-to-earth approach shaped by her own long journey of learning how to build a healthier, kinder relationship with food and her body. Mary is passionate about creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, feel supported, and find a more intuitive way of looking after their wellbeing.
Angela, Higher Health - is a pharmacist and naturopathic practitioner with over 20 years of experience in patient-centered care. Using a holistic Functional Medicine approach, she focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of conditions rather than just treating surface symptoms. Angela’s passion for wellness grew from her own personal health journey in her 30s, and she now brings that experience to support others on their paths to better health. She provides practical, evidence-based nutritional guidance and personal support, helping people feel empowered to take control of their wellbeing.
Sarah Marie, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy - has 15 years of teaching experience and a life-changing personal experience with hypnotherapy that led them to train in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. They help people gently rebuild confidence, resilience, and hope, and their teaching background allows them to listen with empathy, communicate clearly, and support meaningful change. Working together, they focus on what’s going well, take small, achievable steps forward, and help people reconnect with the version of themselves that feels like them again.
