Join us for an evening of deep rest, reconnection, and embodied presence at Body, Breath & Beyond — a gentle, immersive experience designed to help you reset and return to yourself.
This 90-minute session weaves together somatics, conscious breathwork, sound, Reiki, and meditation, creating a supportive space to slow down, soften the nervous system, and explore awareness beyond the thinking mind.
You’ll be guided to listen to your body, follow your breath, and rest in stillness — all at your own pace. No prior experience is needed.
