We are thrilled to welcome back this talented duo to perform their second show here. Trust us, they are destined for great things!

Saint Senara and Young Martyrs are thrilled to be bringing their spring tour to Temperance this March 2026.

Finalists for Duo of the Year in the UK Country Music Awards and Nashville award-winners, Saint Senara, bring their dirty blues rock, southern gothic Americana and dark country music back to Temperance for the second time, after a sellout show in 2025.

Known for their spellbinding lyrics, ethereal harmonies and inimitable tone, the pair boast a big sound for just two people, a guitar and a tambourine. They're joined by Young Martyrs – one of the most respected independent bands on the UK scene – who bring harmony-laden guitar anthems full of soaring vocals and raw, honest emotion, with Tom and Rich performing an intimate duo show.

Saint Senara

They started out as neighbours. A singer-songwriter and a poet separated only by a thin wall, Andrew Bate and Chloe Gorman found each other and their creative worlds collided.

Combining Chloe's dark and powerful words with Andrew's unique, melodic musical style and 'the most beautiful male voice' producer Paul Reeve (Muse, Razorlight) has ever heard, Saint Senara was born. They made their debut as a duo at Cheltenham Jazz Festival in 2022 and haven't looked back.

The pair have received widespread critical acclaim for their genre-defying sound, 'chainsaw' Gretsch guitar tone, bluesy vocals, ethereal harmonies and spellbinding lyrics, as well as their ability to make a big sound with just two people, a guitar and a tambourine – and have just been announced as finalists for Duo of the Year in the 2025 UK Country Music Awards.

Their ‘Dark Water EP’ has received rave reviews and five-star ratings, being named ‘one of the best releases of 2025’ by Echo Rebel Music Magazine.

Their ‘Under My Skin EP', released in summer 2024, was a finalist for EP of the Year in the Crags Radio Unsigned Music Awards; and the title track from their self-released debut 'Flowers On My Grave EP' placed eighth in the Blues & Roots International Song Contest in 2023.

Saint Senara have been featured in Blues in Britain, MNPR Magazine, SLAP Mag, Echo Rebel Music Magazine, A&R Factory, Illustrate Magazine, Obscure Sound, Listen to Discover, Full Send Zine and more – and their music has been played on BBC Introducing, MNPR Radio, Amazing Radio UK & US, CountryLine Radio, UK Country Radio, CMR Nashville, Downda Road Radio, Denmark Street Radio, Wild Dogs Radio and many more.

They were named Gloucestershire’s best band of 2023 and have been likened to When Rivers Meet, The Civil Wars, The White Stripes and even Fleetwood Mac. They’ve appeared at festivals including Cheltenham Jazz Festival, Upton Blues Festival, Lakefest, Underground Festival, Hereford Indie Food Festival, Gloucester Tall Ships, Worcester Music Festival and more – and have played with Elles Bailey, Dusk Brothers, George Montague, Chloe Mogg, Kay Iris, Echo Town and many others.
