In the event of inclement weather, 02/05 or 03/05 will be offered as an alternative date. Payments made are non-refundable if cancellation is requested within 14 days of the event. Postponement for reasons other than weather is only possible if the session goes ahead within 30 days of the original booking date. Digital compilations may incur a small additional cost depending on variations and sizing requested.
