Bite Size Class: Drypoint Etching with Tetra Pak with Cara Donaghey
This 3-hour introduction to intaglio printmaking is ideal for anyone interested in learning how to print. We will cover basic drypoint drawing techniques, inking up, and printing your image using everyday materials, such as Tetra Pak, as the plate and the Rochat etching press to print.
In this bite-sized course, in order to maximise learning, participants should come prepared with an idea of what they would like to draw. They will learn the fundamentals of intaglio printmaking with drypoint and leave with a small edition of drypoint prints.
