Join expert Audubon Everglades Field Trip Leader Kar DeGeiso for a guided exploration of two beautiful sections of the Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge.
We’ll begin at the NWR Visitor Center, where we’ll venture onto the Cypress Swamp Boardwalk—a tranquil, shaded trail perfect for spotting woodland birds right behind the center.
Our next stop will be the Marsh Trail, an open habitat ideal for observing wading birds, waterbirds, and other wildlife.
This field trip is a wonderful chance to get outside, hone your birding skills with an experienced ornithologist, and enjoy the company of fellow nature enthusiasts.
