Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service are excited to offer Biker Down! A FREE course for motorcyclists of all ages and abilities.
The first person on scene at a motorcycle accident could be you. Maybe you're out with fellow Bikers, or you've just filtered through the resulting traffic queue, either way, wouldn't it be good to know what to do?
If the answer is YES! you're in the right place to access FREE training delivered by Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service to enable you to cope at the scene of a Road Traffic Collision (RTC). It may be BIKER DOWN, but at least there'll be a 'BIKER IN ATTENDANCE!'
Consisting of 3 modules over a 3 hour session, we offer training in essential life skills and the knowledge (based on operational Fire-fighters training) to know what to do should you encounter or be involved in a road traffic collision involving a biker.
Module 1: Incident Scene Management
Module 2: Casualty Care/Helmet Removal
Module 3: The Thinking Biker
