Join us in person to explore culture, neurodiversity, and intersectional equity beyond the usual labels!

For the first time in Wales, a deeply diverse group of neurodivergent speakers and cultural perspectives will gather at the Senedd to share lived experiences, challenge assumptions, and open a renewed conversation about equity and inclusion. The day offers an inspiring programme of storytelling, discussion, and artistic expression — highlighting how culture, identity, race, disability, and neurodiversity shape people’s lives and interactions with services and systems.

Attendees will experience:

  • Lived-experience talks from speakers with varied cultural and personal backgrounds
  • Creative and human-centred storytelling, including a short documentary screening
  • Musical performances by neurodivergent young people
  • A cross-sector panel conversation with audience Q&A
  • Practical insights to strengthen and empower services

This event is ideal for professionals across public services, health, social care, education, policy, community development, and the voluntary sector, as well as anyone committed to fostering meaningful equity and culturally informed practice.
