At our launch meeting, discover what toxic overload is, why it impacts women, and how to take ownership of your well-being.

Our BeWell-GiveBack Club is a monthly well-being gathering designed to educate, empower, and give back.

Hosted at Holcombe Health Clinic in Rochester, these Friday sessions offer a calm, welcoming space to slow down, learn something new, and connect with others who value health, balance, and community.

Each month explores a different well-being topic, from skincare and holistic therapies to reducing toxic load and supporting everyday resilience. Delivered through an educational, evidence-led approach grounded in real life, real bodies, and real balance.

This club is about more than self-care.

All profits from our BeWell-Give Back Club are donated to Stronger Together Through Cancer CIC, which provides much-needed support to Kent Business Owners affected by cancer. By attending, you help us make a meaningful difference as we care for ourselves and others.

Each session also includes a small well-being raffle prize donated by the club hosts, with every attendee automatically entered on the day.

What to expect

  • Expert-led wellbeing education
  • Practical tips you can actually use
  • A warm, supportive community
  • Tea, conversation, and connection
  • The opportunity to give back while feeling good

Each session also includes a well-being raffle prize donated by us, with every attendee automatically entered on the day.

Our February meeting is our launch meeting ahead of International Women’s Month, inspired by the 2026 International Women’s Day theme, "Give To Gain."

When we give, we gain, and this session explores why that starts with our own well-being.

Together, we’ll unpack toxic overload: the invisible build-up of stressors in our environment, routines, and everyday products that quietly drain our energy, health, and resilience over time. We’ll explore what toxic overload is, why it matters, and why women are particularly impacted as they juggle work, business, family, and life.

Most importantly, this session is about ownership, understanding what we’re exposed to and how small, intentional changes can reduce overload, restore energy, and create more sustainable wellbeing.

So join us where wellbeing meets purpose — learn something new, feel better, and give back.
