Beginner's Guide to Pyrography

Welcome to the Beginner's Guide to Pyrography event! 🔥 Join us at The Carriageworks on Janurary 31, 2026 at 10:00 AM to learn the art of wood burning. Whether you're a complete novice or looking to improve your skills, this workshop is perfect for you!

Come and design your own charcuterie board to impress your friends and family.

We will begin with practising simple techniques which, with guidance, you'll then be able to apply later to your final piece.

You needn't be an artist to learn pyrography, this course is open to everyone with a passion to learn a new skill.

Drawing materials and references will be provided but it is advised that you come with your own source material to make sure your design is unique to you. e.g. pet portrait, a leaf, printed designs - really anything you wish!

There will be a break for lunch during the workshop, so please make sure to bring some nibbles with you.

Biscuits will be on the house!
