Join this Adult Oil Painting session in London for a wonderful opportunity to experience how the regular courses at Sunny Art Academy are run. Learn how to draw in this relaxed and inspiring workshop that allows you to feel the authentic atmosphere of the weekly lessons, guided by an experienced tutor in one of the most well known art schools in London.
You’ll be introduced to the key principles of working with oils, including how to mix colours, handle brushes, and use mediums to control drying time and texture. You’ll learn about the traditional process of building a painting in layers—from underpainting and blocking in shapes to developing detail and refining form. Whether you're new to oil painting or transitioning from another medium, this class provides a solid foundation in technique while encouraging your creative expression.
In your class you're welcome to work on a subject of your choice. Our tutor will guide you throughout the session, offering personalised tips, demonstrations, and one-on-one support. With no more than 10 students per class, you’ll receive plenty of individual attention.

All materials are included in this class however feel free to bring your own if you wish!
