A mindful, nature connection walk at the beautiful Knepp Estate - an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, nature and like-minded others.

A walk in the beautiful rewilding project at Knepp Estate which invites you to take the time to slow down and reconnect with yourself, with others and with nature.

The walk will be an opportunity to spend time in nature and more intentionally take the time to reconnect. As part of the walk there will be a chance to explore a reflective question about what wisdom nature holds for you, along with a mindfulness excercise to help us reconnect with the present moment and nature around us.

We will be walking the red route, which is a 9km loop of the estate, where we are likely to walk past much of the wildlife, and potentially spot some storks, cows, pigs and hopefully lots of birds. We walk at a leisurely pace and will take time to pause and appreciate nature around us.

There is a cafe at the end of the walk and for those who would like to stay to have lunch, we can eat together there and continue the conversations

Dogs are welcome, please ensure you read this guidance from Knepp Estate before bringing them.

You will recieve details about the walk, including meeting points, coordinate lift sharing/train pick-ups, contact details and plans for the day by email.

15% of income from the walks will be donated to the Knepp Wildlife Foundation to support the work they do to restore nature.

About Becoming the Change

Becoming the Change is a movement for people who want to create meaningful and systemic change in a way that feels energising, fulfilling and easeful. The movement is rooted in the belief that we change the world from the inside out and that we can create more meaningful impact when we come from a place of deeper connection and alignment with ourselves and the future we want to see. Heather Lynch will be hosting the walk - you can learn more about Heather and the movement here.
