Step into an afternoon designed for the woman who wants more for herself — more clarity, more calm, more connection, and a healthier way to unwind at the end of the week.
Becoming Her is a guided mind–body experience combining gentle movement, breath, and deep sonic immersion. It’s the perfect weekend reset for women who care about their wellbeing, and want a social experience that leaves them feeling better, not burnt out.
If you’ve been feeling overstimulated by city life, work intensity or the constant noise of the week, this is your space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the higher self!
We’ll open the session with a grounding, feminine flow designed to gently energise the body while calming the mind. Expect soft mobility and slow Pilates-inspired movement that helps you drop into your body and release the day.
Perfect for all levels — no experience needed.
