Class Description:
This Yoga Sculpt class combines the mindfulness of yoga with the intensity of bodyweight strength and cardio training—no equipment needed! Expect a dynamic, full-body workout that builds strength, endurance, and flexibility while keeping your heart rate up.
What to Expect:
- Warm-Up Flow: Start with a vinyasa-based sequence to connect breath and movement, warming up the muscles and joints.
- Legs & Glutes: Squats, lunges, chair pose variations, and powerful yoga transitions to fire up your lower body.
- Cardio Bursts: High-energy intervals like mountain climbers, jump squats, and fast-paced flows to elevate your heart rate.
- Arms & Upper Body: Plank variations, chaturanga push-ups, and tricep dips using your own body weight for sculpted arms.
- Core & Abs: Boat pose holds, forearm planks, and twisting sequences to strengthen and tone your midsection.
- Cool Down: Gentle stretches and deep breathing to restore balance and calm.
