Yoga & Meditation
Jenna Lomazzo has been connected to body and movement from a young age, beginning with dance and evolving into massage therapy in 1998. Her passion for healing led her to yoga, where she trained in Bikram and taught at PURE Yoga in Hong Kong, later studying with masters like Mark Whitwell, Jivamukti, and Ana Forrest.
Known for her intuitive touch and grounded presence, Jenna blends yoga, meditation, and earth-based practices to support healing and deep connection with self and nature.
Yoga (1 Hour, All Levels)
Connect with your breath and meridian energy lines through five poses, each repeated three times and linked to organ pairs and elements. This energizing and balancing class is guided by Jenna Lomazzo. Bring water and a blanket or towel for the beach.
Sunset Meditation (30 Minutes)
A guided meditation celebrating the inner strength of women. Rest, reflect, and reconnect with your power. Bring a blanket and something to cover your eyes for deeper relaxation.
