This Ballet Inspired Yoga workshop blends the strength, precision, and elegance of ballet with the grounding and breath-led flow of yoga.
We’ll begin gently — settling the breath, softening the mind, and awakening the body.
The practice then evolves into yoga postures infused with ballet principles:
rises onto the toes, chest-opening shapes initiated from the shoulder blades, and refined arm pathways that encourage both strength and softness.
Led by Rosi, a principal dancer with Scottish Ballet, this session offers a unique opportunity to explore movement with clarity, intelligence, and care.
Every cue is thoughtful and supportive, helping you move with awareness rather than force.
The workshop will close with a deeply restful savasana, allowing the body to fully absorb the practice.
This session is suitable for all levels — no ballet experience required.
