Balance - Movement & Meditation Class

A space designed to help you slow down and unwind.
Through yoga-inspired stretching, mindful movement, breathwork, and nervous system grounding practices, you’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer and empowered.

We’ll guide you to feel safe, supported and inspired — honouring the season you’re in while giving yourself permission to take time for you… to fully exhale. 🩷


In each class, you can expect:

Yoga-inspired stretching and mindful movement (slow, gentle flows and poses)
Breathwork and grounding practices to settle the nervous system and bring you into the present moment
Guided body awareness and relaxation to help you feel safe, calm and at ease
Guided meditation or body scan focused on rest, self-compassion and inner clarity
A weekly focus — a simple theme or intention for the class (such as rest, self-trust, gratitude or slowing down) with an easy mindset or mindfulness practice you can take into your week. The weekly activity might include things like journal prompts, ritutals or nervous system techniques that relate to the weekly focus.

A peaceful, non-judgemental environment with no pressure to perform, keep up, or get it “right”
