Bringing Mums together to Rebuild, Connect & Thrive – Powered by Mums Who Build (The MOB)
Back to work, but not back to how things were.
If motherhood has shifted everything—your priorities, your identity, your confidence, even what “success” means—you’re not alone. This event is for mums who are returning to work, pivoting into something new, or simply wondering what’s next.
Join Evie Squires, founder of Mother of All Jobs, for an honest and uplifting session on navigating work after kids. As a mum and champion for flexible, fulfilling careers, Evie has helped countless women rebuild their professional identities in ways that actually work around family life.
She’ll be talking about:
-How motherhood reshapes our careers (often for the better)
-What returning to work really feels like—beyond the polished narratives
-The confidence wobble, and how to steady it
-Setting boundaries without guilt
-Why the “mum gap” is packed with valuable, underestimated experience
Because becoming a parent shouldn’t hold you back from a career you love—it should help shape it.
Following the talk, Evie will be joined by Kellie from Career and Parenthood for a fireside discussion. Kellie brings deep coaching expertise and practical tools to help mums navigate the messy, meaningful middle of career and caregiving. Together, they’ll share insights, answer questions, and open up a real conversation about modern motherhood and work.
You’ll leave feeling seen, supported, and inspired—whether you’re planning your return, already back at work, or exploring a new direction entirely.
Becoming a mother is life-changing, but too often, it comes with isolation, loss of identity, and a lack of spaces designed for mums rather than just their babies. ABOUT:
“We created The Big MOB Mum Meet-Up because we believe mums deserve more — more connection, more inspiration, and more support — without barriers to feeling part of something. This isn’t just another baby group. It’s a space where mums can show up as they are, have fun, feel energised, and build confidence alongside other women who truly get it. Our goal is simple: to empower mums through community — starting with a free, welcoming space they can count on every week.”
— Georgie, Co-Founder of Mums Who Build
What is Mums Who Build (the MOB)?Created by two mums – Georgie Harris and Rebecca Coxshall – Mums Who Build is a supportive community dedicated to helping mums grow their businesses and careers, build financial confidence, and achieve financial security.
We understand the unique challenges mums face – like balancing family and career or returning to work after a break – and we’re here to provide opportunities, practical advice, connection, and encouragement.
Join us each week, for a fun and inspiring mum-hangout at CRATE Walthamstow. This event is the go-to space for mums to reconnect, rebuild, and feel empowered, without financial barriers. Connect with other mums in the community, share experiences, and make new friends. Whether you're a new mum or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome! Come enjoy some quality time with fellow mums in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
We can't wait to see you there!
