
We’re delighted to offer our 5-week IAIM massage course this January (Wed 28th January, Wed 4th February, Wed 11th February, Wed 18th February, Wed 25th February). Led by experienced neonatal nurse Laura.
Join me for some fun & relaxed yoga and enjoy spending quality & nurturing time with your baby. These classes provide specially designed practices to enhance playful interaction between parent/carer and baby (from 10 weeks to 7 months).
Baby yoga promotes bonding, healthy development and wellbeing by stimulating all of the babies’ senses with movement, rhythm and relaxation.
Classes include various stretching exercises, holds and moves, gentle body strokes as well as songs and rhymes, games and relaxation. Baby Yoga is beneficial for all participants, you don’t need to practice yoga or even know anything about yoga to get started.
Yoga mats are provided.
No previous yoga experience necessary.
We offer a welcoming, calm, and non-judgmental environment where you are always the expert on your baby. Our classes are relaxed — you’re free to feed, change, and comfort your baby at any time.
Each lesson includes refreshments such as tea, biscuits, fruit, etc.
At the end of the course, each baby receives a personalised certificate.
Please bring:
- A changing mat
- A blanket
- Milk or formula (babies often get thirsty during class)
