Awards Evening - The Fronteer Open 2025

The Fronteer Open 2025 is an exhibition and art prize that will feature over 80 artists from around the UK. As ever, the Fronteer Open celebrates talent the UK art scene has to offer, with artists of all backgrounds working in a variety of disciplines and styles.

Visitors can vote for their favourite work and the artist who receives the most votes wins the 'People's Choice Award', which is a free subscription to CuratorSpace as well as a joint exhibition at Fronteer Gallery with the winner of the Judge's Choice award.

The 'Judge's Choice' award sees a panel vote for their favourite piece. This year the panel consists of Fronteer's Michael Borkowsky and Sharon Borkowsky, as well as artist and curator Ruth Heaton. The Judge's Choice award is also a free CuratorSpace subscription and a joint exhibition at Fronteer Gallery with the winner of the People's Choice award.

The Prize Evening will allow you to see the exhibition for the final time, meet some of the artists involved, vote for your favourite work and enjoy a drink or two before the winners of the People's Choice prize and Judge's Choice Prize are announced. Entry is free and everyone is welcome. The awards will be announced from 5.15pm.
