Join us for a celebration and the launch of 'August Wilson in Context' in paperback with Khalid Y. Long and Isaiah Matthew Wooden.

August Wilson is one of the twentieth century's most important and acclaimed playwrights. In their book, 'August Wilson in Context', Khalid Y. Long and Isaiah Matthew Wooden demonstrate Wilson's significance to contemporary theatre, culture, and politics by providing fresh and compelling insights into his life, practices, and contributions as an artist and public intellectual.
