Join me for a fun, interactive and flavour-packed Gyoza Making Workshop, where you’ll learn the art of crafting authentic Japanese-style dumplings completely from scratch.

This hands-on experience is designed to teach you a skill you can recreate at home again and again, from making dumpling dough to mastering folding techniques and cooking methods that bring perfect texture and flavour.

During the class, we’ll prepare two delicious fillings:

  • 🥬 Vegetarian: Cabbage, garlic, ginger & chives
  • 🥩 Meaty: Pork, ginger & chives

You’ll learn how to mix, season, fill, and shape your gyozas beautifully, before cooking them using both pan-frying and steaming techniques to achieve the ideal crispy base and juicy centre.

To elevate the experience, we’ll also prepare a selection of homemade dipping sauces, including:

  • Classic soy, rice vinegar & chilli oil
  • GarlicGinger-infused dipping sauce

At the end of the workshop, you’ll enjoy your freshly made gyozas and take home, along with the confidence and knowledge to recreate everything in your own kitchen.
