Ashoka Scottish National Badminton Championships 2026

The premier event on the domestic Scottish badminton calendar, the Ashoka Scottish National Championships brings together the best players from all over the country.

Five events - men's and women's singles and doubles, as well as mixed doubles - will be played over the course of the weekend, culminating in the crowning of the National Champions on the afternoon of Sunday 1 February.

Badminton Scotland members are entitled to receive a 50% discount on the face value of all tickets. Information on how to take advantage of this discount will be provided directly to all current members by email.

Approximate times of play are shown below. Please note, these times are subject to change depending on final size of the entry.

• Friday 30 January 2026: 15.00-21.00hrs (approx): Qualifying rounds men's singles. Mixed Doubles main draw.

• Saturday 31 January 2026: 09.00-18.00hrs (approx): 1st & 2nd rounds and quarter-finals men’s and women’s singles and doubles.

• Sunday 1 February 2026: 10.00-12.30hrs (approx): Semi-finals; 14.00-17.30hrs (approx): All finals.

Tickets must be ordered in advance to take advantage of offers. Discounted tickets will not be available on the door, even for Badminton Scotland members.
