Legendary Line Up of DJs, Performers, Muralists, Live Artists & Vendors To Be Announced

ARTWATER is a registered 501c3 nonprofit founded in 2022 by black neurodivergent artist, REBDUCE. ARTWATER's first program, the Five Dollar Art Party, has featured over 250 artists, musicians, and small businesses, served over 1200 guests and have featured dozens of muralists who've painted forty public murals.
