Art to Abstraction pairs abstract visual art with a curated sound session featuring contemporary folk music legends like Joan Baez, whose voice and storytelling invite emotional depth, reflection, and creative freedom.

Led by artist Gerrie Young, MFA this beginner-friendly art class encourages participants to explore abstraction, mark-making, color, and emotional expression through music-driven creativity. Rather than focusing on technical skill, this meditative art experience supports creative flow, nervous system regulation, and personal expression.
