Project 14C Artists-in-Residence Exhibition | 2025–2026
Gallery 14C presents Art (Official) Intelligence: The Human Hand in an Algorithmic World, the culminating exhibition of the Project 14C 2025–2026 Artists-in-Residence program.
Featuring work by the program’s inaugural cohort, the exhibition brings together artists working across painting, sculpture, textiles, digital media, and performance to consider what it means to create in an era shaped by automation and machine-generated imagery.
Rather than rejecting technology, the exhibition centers the human choices behind creative work — intuition, physical labor, risk, and emotional judgment. The artists position technology not as a replacement, but as a collaborator, emphasizing that meaning emerges through lived experience and human engagement.
Join us for the opening reception and experience an exhibition that affirms the irreplaceable role of human imagination and uncertainty in contemporary art.
