The Art Life Journal is a gentle, process‑based workshop where creativity becomes a companion for reflection, emotional awareness, and personal growth. Through intuitive art‑making and simple prompts, participants create a visual journal that honors their lived experience.

A journal is a personal item, so choosing one that speaks to each participant is important. There is no "right or wrong" choice; it depends on what you feel most comfortable writing in, adding to, and creating.
Come as you are. Create what you can. Trust what emerges.
