Whether you enjoy painting, drawing or would like to start creating with art as a hobby, this is your nudge to start now. Even if you don't believe you're artistic but would like to start something new, this is your chance to unwind, express yourself, and connect with others in a fun, relaxed space.
You will be initially guided by a qualified Creative Therapist, so no art experience is required to take part.
Art meditation focuses less on the final piece and more on the process throughout. It's about being present while creating and focusing on your emotions & feelings, the colours, the shapes, textures and movement of your hands and body.
