Join us for a hands-on photobook workshop facilitated by Kalev Erickson from the Archive of Modern Conflict (AMC), as part of a special collaboration with DECK.
This workshop invites you to explore personal and collective memory through the lens of the everyday — using seemingly mundane or "boring" images to ask: What is worth remembering, recording, or displaying?
Drawing from archival photographs, found images, and personal documentation, participants will create their own zine-style photobook — a fast, intuitive, and playful exercise in sequencing, storytelling, and meaning-making.
There is no single way to make a photobook. This process is open, experimental, and collective — encouraging new ways of seeing and working with images.
This workshop is open to all — no prior experience in photography or design is required.
