April 18th:(Sexy Stretch/Fitness) South Florida/Miami Couples Date Night

Come join us for a fun and interactive event where you and your partner can learn some new moves. Our Couples Nasty Class is our rated "R" version of couples yoga! Its like Couples Yoga, w/ a twist, a dip, and maybe even a flip! We go over stretching, bedroom tricks, and a whole lot of stuff to get you ready for a spicy night at home. We meditate, play a warm-up game, and laugh A LOT! Get ready to connect with your partner in a new way. BYOB if you'd like (some locations have restrictions)

Wear normal workout attire, ladies can wear a sports bra, or pack a leotard and tights if you're feeling sexy. Bring a yoga mat, and maybe a pillow! And get ready to Ride!!
