The Apex Master Expos: StudyHub & Career Shows are a curated 4-day international program that brings together top universities, global employers, career platforms, student travel providers, and young talents.
The event offers direct access to study abroad opportunities, internships, job offers, company tours, and digital work options—both onsite and online. Companies and human resource departments showcase their organizations and actively recruit future talent.
It is an official format of the Apex Master Global Expos, designed to connect education and career in a single high-quality platform.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Day 1 – Study Abroad and University Sessions
- Presentations by international universities and graduate schools
- Admission processes, scholarships, visa pathways
- Orientation to the Apex StudyHub platform
- Sessions for educational consultants and advisors
Day 2 – Local Visits and Gap Year Programs
- Group visits to local universities and business schools
- Prebooked company discovery tours
- Certified student travel and gap year program briefings
- All tours are scheduled from and return to the Expo venue
Day 3 – Career and Internship Marketplace
- Job and internship offers from global companies
- Company showcases with recruiting presentations
- Human Resources teams from firms like Bain & Company present their graduate programs and career tracks
- Soft skills coaching, CV reviews, and prebooked one-to-one sessions
Day 4 – Internet Careers and Remote Work Opportunities

- Freelance platforms, content-based careers, and remote internships

Apex Career Shows feature official Apex partner companies from consulting, tech, finance, media, and innovation sectors.
