Each December, the Center for Disability Inclusion hosts the Leader in Disability Inclusion Awards Event—a powerful celebration of progress, leadership, and measurable impact. This annual event honors companies that have completed the rigorous CDI Disability Inclusion Process™ and earned the Leader in Disability Inclusion Seal of Accomplishment.

More than just recognition, the awards spotlight organizations that are driving real change—improving talent strategies, strengthening workplace culture, and demonstrating that disability inclusion is a business advantage.

It’s a time to reflect on shared progress, build community, and celebrate those who are leading the way in building more inclusive, resilient, and high-performing workforces.
