Are there early bird discounts?

At this time, the admission prices you see are the prices for both advanced purchases and at-the-door. While we don't have an early bird discount, we do recommend buying ahead of time if you're planning on attending; both for quicker check-in and so our concession vendors can be properly prepared.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

We encourage parents & guardians to attend with anyone under the age of 16. This should be treated like a large, public festival.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Free parking is available at by the building and within the park.

Is cosplay allowed?

Attendees are welcome to dress up to attend. Due to space limitation, we request props be left at home and absolutely no realistic firearm props are allowed.

What's the refund policy?

Please reach out to conchair@animestl.net with any questions regarding refunds. We will review refund requests via a case-by-case basis. In the case of event cancellation, we will work with attendees on refunds depending on the circumstance.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? What if I don't pre-register?

It makes the registration process go quicker, so it's encouraged to have either your printed version or e-ticket on your phone ready on arrival. Badge sales are available at the door. However, the pre-registration line is generally quicker than the at-door line, so be sure to buy your badge before arriving if you wish to save time!
