The evening is in aid of the Sequela Foundation, a Maidenhead based charity supporting people with neurological conditions like MS, Parkinson's, Stroke, Ataxia and more. More info below 👇

Naomi Riches MBE, local Paralympic hero and Gold Medallist from London 2012, kindly offered to host this evening for us to raise much needed funds that will help the Sequela Foundation continue their marvellous work.

Come to Maidenhead Rugby Club for a relaxed and fun evening with like-minded people.

19:30 - Welcome... come in, get a drink, buy your raffle tickets & check out the silent auction

20:00 - Introduction from the Sequela Foundation and Visiting Angels

20:05 - Naomi shares her journey from Playground to Podium... & Beyond, a story of resilience, tenacity and achieving against all the odds, to become London 2012 Paralympic Champion!

20:45 - Break

21:05 - Q&A with Naomi (during which the silent auction will be closed & raffle drawn

21:30 - Raffle & Silent Auction results announced

22:00 - Event close

SEQUELA FOUNDATION:

The aim of the charity is to help its members retain or improve their physical wellbeing, in particular their mobility and to offer a friendly place to socialise with others who suffer from similar conditions.

The charity is run entirely by unpaid trustees and volunteers; it relies on fundraising, donations and grants to be able to offer its services.

During their weekly sessions at St. Mark’s Crescent Methodist Church in Maidenhead there is a seated exercise class, optional massage therapy, a sandwich lunch and some afternoon entertainment like a speaker or a game. For more info please go to: https://www.sequelafoundation.org/
