Nicole’s yoga journey began in 2013, when she discovered the transformative balance of strength, mindfulness, and inner peace. What started as curiosity soon grew into a lifelong passion.
Over the years, she has deepened her practice through continuous learning, exploring various styles with a focus on prenatal yoga, mindful breathing, and conscious movement.
Nicole emphasises proper alignment and intentional movement, guiding her students to experience yoga as a holistic practice that nurtures both body and mind. For her, yoga is a path of growth, mindfulness, and self-love - one she shares wholeheartedly with her community.
