Join us for a welcoming introduction to the foundations of yoga, no experience needed. We’ll explore the connection between breath and movement, learn essential asanas (poses), and ease into a gentle 45 minute flow designed for all bodies.
We’ll close with an introduction to Yoga Nidra, a guided mediation practice for deep rest and inner calm. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, connected and refreshed.
