Please join Americans for Palestinian Orphans (APO) and Haya Washington for an evening of community, connection, and shared purpose.


This gathering is designed to be welcoming and informative—an opportunity to:

  • Learn about both organizations
  • Hear updates on ongoing initiatives and current priorities
  • Understand how community support helps sustain human-centered, impact-driven work

We’re honored to welcome two special guests:

  • Keynote Speaker: Dr. Irfan Galaria, who has recently returned from Gaza and will share reflections and updates from the ground.
  • Dr. Adlah Sukkar, an advocate with Doctors Against Genocide (DAG), a coalition of healthcare workers and human rights advocates mobilizing medical and humanitarian advocacy to uphold human dignity.


The evening will also include a Live Charity Auction featuring exclusive handmade Palestinian thobes.


Your $50 ticket includes iftar dinner and supports the ongoing efforts of both organizations. Together, we’re building sustained community support for initiatives rooted in dignity, care, and accountability.

We’re honored to welcome Dr. Irfan Galaria as our keynote speaker. Dr. Galaria is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon who volunteered in Gaza with a humanitarian medical team, and he has spoken publicly about the conditions he witnessed and the urgent need for sustained support.

We’re honored to welcome our guest speaker: Dr. Adlah Sukkar, an advocate with Doctors Against Genocide (DAG). DAG is a global coalition of healthcare workers and human rights advocates focused on amplifying frontline voices, documenting harm to healthcare, and mobilizing medical and humanitarian advocacy to uphold human dignity.
