Come join us for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation at Cassel Memorial Hall. The retreat starts with meditation and pranayama followed by a therapeutic yoga session and indulging in a pre lunch yoga nidrea. After a delicious ayurvedic indian lunch we will digest and rest with yin and restorative yoga and the day will end with a sound bath led by George (from the Sadie centre)
