There comes a moment when something inside you whispers,
“I can’t keep living like this.”
Maybe you’ve been holding everything together for too long.
Maybe your confidence has faded.
Maybe you’ve lost parts of who you are along the way.
Alive Again is an invitation.
Not to fix everything in one evening.
Just an invitation to sit in a room with other women, breathe, talk and begin again.
This is a small, private support group where women come together to share space, strength, and compassion. No pressure. No judgement. No expectations.
We will use gentle breathing, simple reflection exercises, and honest conversation to help you reconnect with your voice, your energy, and your sense of self.
You don’t need to have the right words.
You don’t need to be “over it.”
You just need the courage to show up.
Because healing rarely happens alone.
And sometimes, the first step back to life… is simply sitting next to someone who understands.
This could be the start of your next chapter. Join us. We need your power.
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation.
And many women in Stratford never access support because they fear being seen, judged, or misunderstood.
Alive Again is intentionally:
Your privacy matters.
Your pace matters.
You remain in control at all times.
We are in the Actor's Lounge with entrance through the carpark. Doors open at 5:45pm for warm drinks (tea and coffee will be served).
Session runs 6–7pm
This may be the moment you stop postponing yourself. If you’ve been telling yourself ‘I’ll do something soon’ — this is soon.
You don’t need certainty.
Just the courage to turn up.
