Alicia's Charity Quiz for the British Heart Foundation

Hello, my name is Alicia and I am lucky to have been offered a place in the TCS 2026 London Marathon with the British Heart Foundation.

I have a big target of £2500 and I am trying to think of creative ways to help raise this so have organised a fun Saturday night of all things quizzing and raffling!

The quiz will be at Emerson's Green Village Hall in Bristol and there will be a staffed bar running on the evening where drinks can be purchased.

The charity quiz will run from 7-9.30pm with a quiz starting time of 7.30pm. There will be a short interlude after the quiz for people to purchase any last-minute raffle tickets, get a drink and allow for the quizzes to be marked. There will be a prize for the winning quiz team!

The raffle will then be drawn and the evening will end by 9.30pm.

• 1x free 2-hour 3D gait analysis and biomechanical testing assessment kindly donated by Matt Hart Sports Podiatry

Plus many more prizes TBC!!

Quiz teams will be a maximum size of 8 people per team. There will be a selection of nibbles on tables and attendees will be contacted to ask whether they have any dietary restrictions or preferences.

Cash is preferred but there will be a card machine available on the evening too.

PLEASE NOTE: you do not need 8 people to sign up for the quiz but if you have less than 8 people, you may be asked to join up with other quizzers to utilise hall space.
