Welcome to the Abbi Haywood Fitness Member Event

Join us for a fun and energizing workout session led by Abbi Haywood.

We are taking Strength Club to a larger location giving us more range of equiptment to play with.

All profits from tickets will go towards our collection fund for the amazing local charity ' Anxious Minds'.

Aswell as working out you have the opprotuity to use this as an educational session on everything you need to know when it comes to training and nutrition. This is your opportunity to ask anything you need to help you on your own fitness journey.

To fininsh we will complete a short group workout all together where I will take part along side you and led by a guest coach with a diffrent skill set - tbc

Throughout the day there will be a coffee shop on site and the chance to chat to each other and get to know others that are on the same journey as you.

This in-person event is exclusively for my amazing members, so get ready to learn, laugh, and get a little sweat on with our supportive community.
