
This is a slow, supportive aerial yoga workshop focused on deep stretching, relaxation and release, using the hammock to fully support the body.
We’ll move at an unhurried pace, using held, supported stretches to help muscles soften gradually rather than forcing flexibility. The hammock allows weight to be taken out of the joints and helps create space in the body, making deeper stretches feel more accessible and comfortable.
Expect:
Suitable for anyone with a standard range of movement. No previous aerial yoga or yoga experience required.
