Aerial Yoga combines the principles of traditional yoga with the support of a suspended hammock. This session invites you to explore poses and stretches that build strength, flexibility, and balance, all while floating in the air. With the hammock acting as both a prop and a support system, you’ll have the space to deepen your practice, let go of tension, and experience a whole new way of moving.
What to Expect
– Gentle flow and foundational poses to build strength and stability
– Supportive hammock-assisted stretches and inversions to open up your body
– A fun, playful environment where curiosity and exploration are encouraged
– Breath-focused movement designed to calm the nervous system and support relaxation
– Time to move, release, and find comfort in suspended poses
Open to all levels, this session is perfect for anyone wanting to explore a different side of their practice. No prior aerial experience needed.
Every Thursday at 1100
