FAQ:

• What do I need to do before arriving? Sign the Altitude Trampoline Park waiver by clicking HERE.
• What time should I arrive? 7:15pm would be ideal, but you can come anytime. As a reminder the jump ends at 8:30pm.
• Do I wear socks? Your ticket does not include Altitude Socks which are required for jumping. If you do not bring a pair of “Altitude Socks” you will be required to purchase a pair for $4 in order to jump.
• What if I get hungry from all of the jumping? The concession stand will be open!
• What do I need to bring? Your ticket from Eventbrite and a valid ID. All guests must Be 21+.
• I found the building. How do I get in? The main entrance is around the back by the parking lot, on the Ashland side of the building.
• Are dates transferrable? No. Your ticket will be valid for only the date that you purchased it for. If you miss your scheduled night, it cannot be used for another date.
