Adult Sewing Workshop: Cozy Fleece Slippers

Join The Studio and Amanda as she shares her love of sewing with her community. In this workshop attendees will learn about pdf patterns, sewing with elastic, and sewing curves.

******This workshop is for students that KNOW how to operate a sewing machine. We will not be teaching the basics of how to thread and sew on a machine. If you would like to take this workshop and do not know how to sew, please reach out to us for a private lesson.

We are located on the corner of 20th and D street in downtown Bakersfield.

Time:

Full workshop: 10am-2pm

We will be taking a snack break 12-12:15pm

What is provided:

Sewing machines, tools, thread, fabric

Light snacks and water

What to bring:

Reusable water bottle

Sewing machine (if you wish to work on your own)

Snacks
