Active Play! Fun Physical Activities for Preschool Children 8:30 a.m. –3:00 p.m.

This session offers dozens of practical physical activities ideas to:

· Lead with 3–5-year-old children in Pre-K classes, kindergartens, and pre-K physical education classes.

· Develop children’s fundamental movement skills.

· Modify to include young children with disabilities.

· Promote foundational language/literacy skills and social-emotional development.

Active Play! Fun Physical Activities for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool Children 5:30 p.m.– 8:30 p.m.

This session offers many physical activities to:

· Lead activities in family- and center-based child care programs

· Stimulate infant’s brains and bodies using simple movements

· Share with families to play at home
