Parenting a teen can feel like walking through a minefield. Add in the pressures of school, peers, social media, and sometimes risky behavior, and it’s easy for families to feel overwhelmed or disconnected.
Action: A Parent and Teen Program is a safe, welcoming space where families come together to learn, share, and support one another. Guided by experienced facilitators, the program helps parents and teens improve communication, build trust, and navigate challenges as a team.
This is not a lecture series. It’s a conversation. Families talk openly about real-life struggles—substance use, anxiety, school issues, conflict at home—and discover practical tools that can help them move forward together.
Every Tuesday from 7-9 p.m.
