What's this?
This workshop is great for beginners as well as people hoping to practice. In this session, you will get out of your brain and into your bodyyy. Exciting, groovy, a bit weird. You will love it. You will will learn fun tools and techniques that can be used in the realm of character creation, and will be applying what you have learnt to improvised scenes with your fellow classmates. This is a safe space to experiment and discover a new energy and capability within yourself, through the simple, yet powerful act of letting go.
Who the hell is teaching me?
The workshop is run by Bethany Tara-Louise, an actor, director and creative living in Norwich. She has run previous workshops, providing a space for experimentation and play, receiving positive feedback. This year she acted in a short horror film for Oliver Woodard, a music video for Squeaky Dog Productions, and played a real WWII land girl, Lillian Mccgroy for a VE 80th Anniversary event at Norwich airport. She also directed a music video for singer, Jasmine Catherine as well writing ongoing plays and live performances.
