
Welcome to our next Good Food Club event at CAER Heritage Centre! Join us for a fun session where you can try tasty dishes, share recipes and learn about all sorts of foods. This time, we’ll be looking at practical nutrition tips and simple dietary changes to support cardiovascular wellbeing. Together, we’ll explore how everyday ingredients can be transformed into meals that are good for your heart, great for your overall health, and still affordable and satisfying. After a fun, hands‑on cooking session, we’ll sit down to enjoy the delicious dishes we’ve made as a group. Information booklets are kindly being provided by British Heart Foundation.
