This time, we’re diving into the theme of mental well-being and brain health. Our friends from 4Winds will be joining us to share the power of mindfulness, showing how it can bring calm and balance to everyday life, as well as introducing the fantastic services they provide. Together, we’ll explore how the food you eat can truly lift your mood and we’ll be cooking up some mood-boosting recipes for everyone to share and enjoy.
